Lorsque William et Argyle Campbell ont ouvert les portes de Cambro Manufacturing pour la première fois en 1951, leur objectif était de fabriquer un plateau-repas de la plus haute qualité pour les hôpitaux. Le plateau appelé Camtray® a fait ses preuves, que Cambro ne s'engageait pas seulement pour la qualité de ses propres produits, mais aussi pour la qualité dans le secteur de la restauration en général. En 2011, Cambro a fêté ses 60 ans d'existence en tant que leader en matière de qualité, d'innovation et de service à la clientèle et propose aujourd'hui la gamme de produits la plus complète pour différents segments de la restauration dans le monde entier.
